In the flurry of comments today in response to my Wall Street Journal article, it is apparent that there is still much confusion in regards to the difference between mobile-optimized sites, mobile apps, and the various platforms and capabilities of each. Further, many companies have gotten it backwards and have wasted money and resources on the wrong thing… More to come.
